1. Online Store Terms

All products and services are offered within the United Kingdom only.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time.

2. Treatment Bookings & Deposits

All treatments require a deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Deposits secure your appointment slot and cover administrative and clinical preparation costs.

3. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

If at least 48 hours notice is provided before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment date.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, or in the case of a missed appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

4. Medical Suitability

Certain treatments require consultation and medical assessment.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if deemed medically unsuitable or unsafe.

Clients must provide accurate medical information. Failure to do so may result in refusal of treatment without refund of deposit.

We are not liable for adverse reactions where products are used incorrectly or where known allergies or sensitivities were not disclosed.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.
