Refund & Cancellation Policy



Revita Derm (RD Laser LTD)


This policy applies to all purchases made through Revita Derm Aesthetics & Laser, operated by RD Laser LTD, 3A Perseverance Lane, Bradford, BD7 3LE, United Kingdom.





1. Treatment & Appointment Policy



All treatments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.



Rescheduling & Cancellations



Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.


Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of payment.


Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the loss of full payment.



Refunds for Treatments



Due to the nature of aesthetic and laser treatments:


  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction where realistic expectations were discussed during consultation.
  • Refunds are not provided where aftercare instructions have not been followed.



In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at management discretion.


Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.





2. Retail Skincare & Product Returns (Online Orders)



Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.


You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.


To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Items must be in resalable condition.



We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered skincare products due to hygiene and safety regulations.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.





3. Faulty or Damaged Items



If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Photographic evidence may be required.


If confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.





4. Treatment Packages



Treatment packages or courses are non-refundable once commenced.


Unused sessions may be transferred at management discretion but are not refundable.
